Billy Robinson

Billy C. Robinson, 76, of Dayton, formerly of Covington, passed away Sunday, February 9, 2025 at his residence. He was born August 10, 1948, in Beaumont, Texas, to the late Ernest W. Robinson and Betty C. (Daniell) Robinson Barhorst. Billy married Patricia A. (Whitby) Robinson; she preceded him in death on December 5, 1996.

He will be missed and remembered by his son and daughter-in-law, Chad & Tammy Robinson of Covington; four grandchildren, Ashley (Gabe) Miramontes, Austin, Lindsey and Brittany Robinson; and three great-grandchildren, Audrina, Mason and Cameron.

Billy was a 1966 graduate of Covington High School and served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. He retired from the former Good Samaritan Hospital of Dayton after many years of service in the maintenance department. Billy was a past member of the Eagles, V.F.W. and Amvets of Covington, and the Piqua American Legion.

Graveside services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, March 1, at Miami Memorial Park, 7875 N. Crescent Dr., Covington, where burial will follow with military honors by the Veterans Elite Tribute Squad. Arrangements are in care of Moore Funeral Home, Covington.
