LaDONNA I. KOOPMAN
LaDonna Irene Koopman, 82, of Graysville, Tennessee, and formerly of Troy, died Tuesday afternoon, December 1, 2015 at Rhea Medical Center. She was born in Dayton on October 1, 1933, the daughter of the late Don E. and Janice Irene (Harlow) Martin. She was also preceded in death by her daughter Beverly Jean Hall; her sister Betty Jean Freeman; and brothers Don E. Martin Jr. and Richard A. Martin.
LaDonna spent many years in Troy where she was a restaurant manager until moving to Graysville in 1991. She was a member of the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Evensville, Tenn.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Vernon Koopman of Graysville; her three sons, Gerald (Ellen) Rue of Laura, Keith (Elaine) Rue of Warner Robbins, GA, and Brian (Paula) Koopman of Tipp City. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services for LaDonna were held Thursday afternoon in Evensville, Tennessee. A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, December 5, at Miami Memorial Park, Covington. Memorial contributions may be made to Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 14950 Rhea County Hwy, Evensville, TN 37332. Local arrangements are in care of Jackson-Sarver Family Funeral Home.
