Fahnestock, Mary Flick Yarian Smith passed away Sunday February 19, 2012 at the Covington Care Center. Born to parents William and Edna Pearl (Baker) Flick in Bridgewater, VA. The family moved to Covington when Mary was 14 months old and she continued to live in Covington until her death. She graduated from C.H.S., class of 1933 and was retired from General Films. Mary was pre-deceased by her first husband, Noble Yarian, and her second husband, Clyde Smith. Also pre-deceased by son, Thomas Larry Yarian, sister, Halcie Rhoades, three brothers, Claude, Wade, and Warren Flick, and step-daughter and husband, Lee and Steve Davidson. She is survived by her husband, Harold Fahnestock of Troy, brother Bill (Dorothy) Flick of Piqua, sons Wayne (Carol) Yarian of Greenback, TN and Bruce (Sylvia) Yarian of San Francisco, CA, granddaughter Nicole Yarian Morris (Rick) of Loganville, GA, grandsons Joshua (Debra) Davidson of Morrow, OH and Matthew (Ria) Davidson of Mason, OH., great grandchildren Shelby and Reagan Brown and Tanner Wayne Morris, Jessica and Andrew Davidson, and Isabel and Tobin Davidson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, February 23, at Jackson-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 10 S. High Street, Covington.
