Myrna Lou (Bader) Warner, 88, of Covington, formerly of Bradford, passed away Monday, December 31, 2018. She is survived by her children, Julia (Glen) Vickery of Covington, David (Marge) Warner of Greenville, Emily Warner and Mike Moutoux of Silver City, N.M., and Daniel (DeeDee) Warner of Bradford.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold, her daughter and son-in-law, Marianne and Gene Bettag, her brother, David Bader, and her parents, Herman and Blanch (Nason) Bader. Her surviving siblings are Eileen Geist, Fritz (Dianne) Bader, and Patty Bader.
Her life is also celebrated by her grandchildren, Laura (Dan) Mansfield, Sarah (Jamal) Oulkhir, Taff Vickery, Megan Bettag, David (Lindsey) Bettag, Eric Warner, Becky (Nick) Daniels, Katy (Pat) Dardis, Lindsey (Michael) Turner, and Rachel (Frank) Struna. She is survived by 16 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
Myrna Lou was a 1948 graduate of Covington High School. She was a lifelong homemaker, devoted to her family and friends. She was active in her church. She was a member of women’s groups and sang in the choir. Myrna Lou was also a member of the Atheneum Club of Troy.
To honor Myrna Lou, the family will gather at Trinity Lutheran Church, 8520 Oakes Rd., Pitsburg, on Saturday, January 5, at 10 a.m., with a memorial service to follow at 11 a.m. A fellowship meal will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church, P.O. Box 64, Pitsburg, OH 45358. Arrangements are in care of Moore Funeral Home, Covington.
