Todd Edward Fields, 54, of Troy, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 12, 2018, at Upper Valley Medical Center. He was born November 18, 1963, in Troy, to Beverly (Koeller) McDade of Piqua. His father, David McDade, preceded him in death.
He will also be missed and remembered by his children, Ashley Schulz of Piqua, Jason Fields of Imlay City, Mich., Angela Fields of Piqua, Jaron (Brandy) Fields of Piqua, Amber (Michael) Berry of Englewood, Amy (Mark) Duke of Piqua, and James Wilks of Marysville; several grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews; his siblings Tim Fields, Tamela Hernandez, Scott (Juvy) McDade, all of Piqua, Brent McDade, Peggy Persinger, and Laura (Mike) Thacker, all of Florida; and his significant other, Sandra Abel of Covington.
Todd was a member of the Class of 1982 at Covington High School, and was inducted into the CHS Athletic Hall of Fame as a part of the 1979 state runner-up football team. He worked for Creative Extruded Products of Tipp City and enjoyed football, NASCAR, and watching sci-fi movies.
A visitation gathering to honor his life will be held from 6-8 p.m. Friday, August 17, at Moore Funeral Home, 10 S. High St., Covington. Online condolences may be left for the Fields family at www.moorefh.com.
